This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to wesummits.com, our funnels and forms, our live events, our programs, and our emails and text messages (together, the “Services”).
GCM LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We operate the Women Who Sell™ and We Summit™ brands.
When you fill out a form, buy a ticket, apply to speak, or register for an event, we collect what you enter. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, title, and anything else you choose to share with us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your purchase, the amount, and your contact details. We do not store your full card number.
When you visit our pages, we and our service providers collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar tools to do this.
We use the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who may be interested in our events. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from GCM LLC, including event alerts, reminders, and occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Your mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. We will still send you messages about purchases you have made, such as receipts and event details.
Our live events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that your image, voice, and likeness may be captured and used in our marketing, on our website, and on social media. If you have a concern about a specific image, email us and we will review it.
For some events, we invite guests or speakers into a group chat, such as WhatsApp. Other members of the group can see your name and phone number. WhatsApp handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Some of our pages let you upload a headshot to create an announcement graphic. Your photo is processed in your own browser to make the graphic, and we do not receive or store it.
We share information with the service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and CRM platform, our payment processor, our email and text message providers, and our advertising partners. They are allowed to use your information only to provide services to us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share guest or attendee lists with sponsors or partners.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver our Services, for our business records, and to meet our legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law.
Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective” date at the top. Continuing to use our Services means you accept the updated policy.
